The Myoyin Solution is a transformative 2-hour masterclass that blends myofascial release (MFR) techniques with the deep healing practice of Yin Yoga.
In this masterclass, we’ll use yoga therapy balls, blocks, bolsters, and other props, alongside Yin Yoga practices, pranayama (breathing techniques), and mindfulness, to support your body and nervous system. This powerful combination will help you release chronic pain, stress, tension and tightness, bringing balance to both body and mind.

Theoretical learning on the principles of Yin Yoga, fascia science, and how fascia plays a key role in chronic pain and nervous system regulation.
